Need help

I am interested in working in Japan after I graduate college (soon) and was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need in order of Visa’s and other papers to work in Japan and how long does the process take. Also will I need an employer before I can get a visa? Any help and advice is much needed and appreciated.
Thank you

Corpratespple,

You can do this one of two ways.

1) Apply for your torrist visa and come over here to look in the "Japanese Times" which is the best paper you can get in Japan.
I would head for Yokyo as there is where all the English teaching jobs are.

2) Apply for a "Japan Times" online, check out the prospects and start talking to the company offers now.

THERE ARE MANY!

Let me know if I can help with anything else.

I live in the famous town of Arita right now!

Warmest Regards,

Mark

The Visa process takes about 3 weeks in the States.
You need to research the internet for the type of work you wish to do.
There are many jobs on the internet in search engines for example: Native American work in Japan, Jobs in Japan, etc. Search for Japan Times in English online. It`s the best newspaper!
College degree graduates have a MUCH better chance to get a job here than just high school grads.
Also, Tokyo, Japan has a LOT of jobs.
Please feel free to email me directly if you need more answers.
